Plans to bring retailer Marks & Spencer to Alnwick moved a step closer  last night with approval for the proposed new retail development granted by the Northumberland County Council’s Strategic Planning Committee subject to a  S106 relating to public transport services.

Business park owners, Northumberland Estates has invested in the refurbishment of five high specification, grade A office suites at the prestigious Wynyard Business Park which are now being marketed by agents Knight Frank and Dodds Brown. 

Today (November 7) saw the official opening of the new Riverside housing development in Lesbury by His Grace the Duke of Northumberland. Attending the event were residents, Estate staff, Parish Councillors and representatives of the local contractors who helped to build this exciting new development. All were thanked by the Duke for their contribution to the project.
