A new office complex on the Wynyard Business Park aimed at start up businesses and SME’s is proving a runaway success. All five units at the Origin hub have been snapped up within weeks of coming to the market.

Following the recent decision by Alnwick market operators Local Living to give notice, Northumberland Estates is currently looking for a new operator to take on the role of running the markets in the town centre. Having undergone lengthy discussions with the local Council, the decision has been made to openly advertise this opportunity.

A new extension to the Rising Sun Country Park on North Tyneside was officially opened today by His Grace the Duke of Northumberland. Also participating in the launch of this fabulous new community facility was Norma Redfearn, Elected Mayor of North Tyneside.
