People and community are central to plans submitted by Northumberland Estates for a major high-quality and sustainable mixed-use development in North Tyneside. The proposals at Killingworth Moor will provide much-needed high-quality new housing, schools, services and employment opportunities within North Tyneside and includes a primary and secondary school, a local centre including shops and a medical centre, commercial space and 452 new homes – many of which will be provided as affordable housing for rent and sale.
