Northumberland Estates has submitted plans for a solar farm as part of its renewable energy strategy with the potential to deliver up to 4 megawatts of renewable solar energy to local businesses via private wire connections. 

Havelock Place, developed by Northumberland Estates to provide a specialist dementia care facility that embraces high quality care and tailored support for residents whilst maximising independence, has been recognised with an LABC Regional Award for Best Purpose Built Accommodation in the North.

A new clubhouse at Alnwick Castle Golf Club, one of several improvements made possible by a £1.5 million investment from Northumberland Estates, was officially opened by His Grace the Duke of Northumberland.
